Meet your instructor, Laura
Hey, I’m Laura — the yoga teacher behind Uloma.
This space was born from a deep love for movement, the ocean, and creating a funky yet soft approach to yoga.
The practices I teach inside Uloma are inspired by exactly that — movement that feels functional, grounding, nourishing, and sustainable.
Whether you’re a surfer or simply someone wanting to tap into weekly movement and breath— you are so welcome here.

MOBILITY

Fun, creative movement classes that sparks coordination, body control and motion range
Typically 20-60 min long.
Blocks are often helpful in these classes!
RESTORATIVE

Mindful and slow classes that gently release the muscles most used in the water and create the space your body needs to unwind and recover.
Short and longer classes are available!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

We gradually build strength, balance and stability, with additional conditioning work to support the muscle demands of surfing.
Boost your energy level with these classes!
BREATH WORK

We mainly focus on surf apnea including breath hold techniques, detox, stress-reducing work and energy boosting breath patterns.
Typically 10-20 min long videos.
MEDITATION

These classes guide you into the internal space — helping you sit with what is, through a variety of meditation practices.
VINYASA

Faster, stronger, and more playful — these classes draw from traditional vinyasa and explore more creative, funky movement patterns.
FAQ's

Curious and brave beginners are encouraged to join. All classes include modifications, allowing you to adapt the practice to your body - slow and steady progression over anything else!

If you’re a curious beginner, start slow with one to two classes per week. As you feel more steady and confident, you can increase to three to four sessions per week.

Absolutely! I also go through phases where I’m out of the water for a while—especially when I’m back in Copenhagen and surfing isn’t an option. These classes help me stay strong and balanced, so when I return to the ocean, the transition back into surfing feels much easier

The foundation of these classes is inspired by and rooted in strengthening and soothing the muscles we use in the water. Creating a weekly maintenance practice on land can benefit you in the water by:
Boosting endurance — so you can surf longer
Improving breath hold — helping you stay calm and confident
Supporting muscle and tissue recovery — so you can surf more often
Empowering strength and balance — so you feel better and stronger in the water

This isn’t a typical yoga platform. It’s a niche-focused membership designed to support surfers and active movers through functional yoga. Classes build strength, flexibility, and mobility, while also creating space for recovery, breathwork, and unwinding.

All classes are pre-recorded and you will get access to all classes in the library once purchased. More than 40+ are already waiting for you!
However as a part of the course you have the option to have a live 1:1 coach session with Laura, if you wish!
